SCAMPOLO series of coffee tables is part of a larger sustainable interior design project, born with the aim of creating furnishing elements through the use of recycled or waste materials.
Designed for the new Balenciaga The Plant manufacturing hub, in line with the language and philosophy of the Brand, the tables are made with panels composed of recycled plastic, resulting from the cutting of a larger quantity of material used for other scopes, that would have been a waste themselves instead. As generally happens with the remnants of leather goods, the geometry of these objects is not only the result of pure design but is an expression of their nature, mixed to combine function and uniqueness in each element.
